Dr. Nemes Iván Sándor

Dr. Nemes Iván Sándor, founder of the Dr. Nemes Iván Sándor Law Firm, has been practicing law since 2009. From the beginning of his career, he has placed special emphasis on addressing Hungarian-Italian legal matters.
He earned his law degree cum laude from Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE). During his university studies, he spent one academic year at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento in Italy as part of the Socrates–Erasmus program.
He passed his bar exams in 2009. During his university years and later as a trainee lawyer, he gained experience at international law firms, particularly in Italian-speaking environments.
Since 2011, he has maintained an exclusive partnership with Italian attorney Davide Sacco (Studio Legale Sacco). Together, they provide legal representation for their clients in both Hungary and Italy through close cooperation.
He possesses advanced legal Italian language skills, both written and spoken. He also works in English.
Davide Sacco

The esteemed lawyer Davide Sacco (Studio Legale Sacco), after completing his classical studies, graduated in Law from the University of Padua, defending his thesis on European Union law.
He immediately showed a particular interest in community and international law, with a particular focus on comparative studies. He obtained his professional title at the Court of Appeal of Venice.
The desire to go beyond geographical borders and national law motivated the already practising lawyer, Davide Sacco to undertake studies of international standing during long periods abroad.
In addition to developing traditional forensic skills in Italy, he now serves as an invaluable resource for individuals and entrepreneurs who engage in legal matters with Central European countries like Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Romania.
